All data exchanges between Felo users and our servers are secured with advanced TLS encryption. We continuously monitor and upgrade our encryption protocols to ensure the highest level of security. Your translations and texts are never used to train our AI models nor shared with third parties for model improvement.
Data Storage
Felo processes voice translation in real time. Translation records and texts are synced to the cloud under your Felo account, so you can access them across your devices - and delete them anytime.

Felo's servers are owned and managed by us in ISO 27001 certified data centers located in Japan. These facilities are regularly audited and feature robust physical security measures.
